The " SYNCRO 2 " high rotating speed tumbler is our most important machinery for casting and blanking metallic small parts and precious metals treatment.
The main feature of this machine is to lower machining time during smoothing by alternating phases of degreasing with ceramic or plastic abrasives and water, with phases of sticks or granulates during dry working for smoothing and buffing.
Recently, after several tests we have also had good results concerning the brightening with steel shots inox.
The machinery has a maximum speed of 150 revolutions per minute and is provided with two main cages as a support, in which the leak proof containers in moplen, used for working, are put and stopped.
Consequently these containers are extractable so to connect either four single containers with the cages or two double containers.
This system is interesting for we can use a small quantity of products obtaining, in a short period, good results for finishing, really unbelievable with traditional machinery.
