The turbox dryer 500 - 600 has been planned to remove water from empty and complex parts that must be completely dry inside.
The machinery works on the air-operating absorbent product (MAIZE COB on hand in granulometries ), heating it with resistances at about 100°C.
Pieces are prearranged in a reticulate basket.
The air-operated cob gets up and wraps the pieces to dry.
Air clutch and heat remove water from inside and lime from the surface of the pieces, leaving them dry and bright.
This treatment is managed by a timer that finally moves away the turbine and stops the cob, leaving it under the basket.
Now we can remove the pieces.
