The MODULAR VIBRATORS have been built for shot brightening, (8-11-16 types) or otherwise for dry working and processes by abrasives materials with water, (35 types).
Tanks are made of turned moplen (P.P.) and each of them, inside, is shaped according to the use.
In addition, tanks for water abrasives, inside, are made of anti-abrasive polyurethane, against erosion.
The movement of the inside materials is helicoidal and extremely homogeneous and uniform.
A compact vibration is necessary in order to obtain good results of brilliance without any damage.
Tanks are provided with two unloading filters for water made of steel inox with holes of 0,5 m/m as a diameter and, for this reason, we can use small shots, very useful to polish small and complex parts during brightening.
Excluding the type "8lt", the other tanks are provided with a further opening with a chute for unloading materials.
Considering that every tank is extractable and interchangeable and every basement can have three different kinds of control equipments, we can offer, on request, several changes about these compounds according to the work requirements.

CIRCULAR VIBRATORS SERIES: SM e SP ( WITH MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC UNLOADING )

CIRCULAR VIBRATORS SERIES "MS and SP” have tanks coated with polyurethane anti-abrasive of about 10mm thick. They are designed and constructed to treat any piece from casting or moulding, in metal or alloy, in large quantities by combining excellent quality roughing and delicacy in the machining of objects, even complex. Are used abrasive ceramics, plastics, porcelain, etc.. of various shapes and hardness, mix with water and any additives to accelerate the processes of work, in paste or powder. TYPE "SM" is constructed with a single manual unloading hole about the abrasive materials and the pieces, while TYPE "SP" is built with drainage channel for separating pieces and abrasives material doing re-to fall the abrasives materials in the tank, maintaining the machinery in motion. with the vibrating motion the pieces go to the exit automatically. All machines are prepared with system loading of water and gate valve for unloading the liquids. With these machines we have also developed systems of smoothing and polishing with materials to dry, and we have obtained good results especially on objects made of precious metals, non-ferrous alloys with low melting point, extremely soft, and plastic parts. All machines are supplied on request for special sound-absorbing tire cover that covers the tank considerably reducing the noise during water-abrasive processes, while for dry-phases comes with cloth dust cover.
